Nebeneinanderstellung (juxtaposition)
Well that’s the last time I’ll write an entry like that! Goodness, you wouldn’t think life would be so trying after writing something like that. It was supposed to be a positive change in my ways, and my life couldn’t wait to throw me a few curve balls in order to test the waters. Cliche? WHAT? Geez, I can’t even write. At any rate, I’m not going to get into details of the situations… in fact I’m just going to ignore them altogether. They’re being resolved and frankly I just don’t want to write about it. It’s past.
I looked up at the clock in German, and class was over. Literally over. One minute to spare. “UNGLAUBLICH!” I cried out. Dani and I had chatted in german for an entire 40 minutes without so much as a pause, an um, a well what is there left to say? Of course, there were good topics, and we were able to build off of them, but mainly it was just so much fun to talk to Dani in German! I’m used to talking to Meg in German, but not so much with Dani. It was great… Meg was happily chatting with Mrs. W… I think they have some sort of an unspoken bond. I think it’s a good partnership, even if she does get stuck speaking to the teacher. Meanwhile, Dani is not annoyed with my constant search through the dictionary. (At least I don’t think…) In fact, she joins right in!
Nebeneinanderstellung. That’s all I have to say.
I concur with your Nebeneinanderstellung.
