and so I did… well halfway

Yes, I did not read, I did not study. I went upstairs, and I carefully did my makeup. And I found something halfway decent looking to wear – (a purplish shirt was a must since my makeup is purple). And then I did my hair. I put it UP… I never do that. It looked halfway decent… it really did. On the verge of fancy. Aims called, and she came over. I did her hair too… and we were all ready to go out. Out came the phone, and the phonebooks. And do you know, there was not ONE single guy to be had for the evening? At least not one that we felt the urge to call. It’s horrible. SO we had a female bonding night instead. We picked up a pizza from Jillian Faye at the pizza place, and came home to watch Ever After. *sigh*

Lovely movie… so greatly depressing. But at least we LOOKED cute while we watched it. Of course I would have LOVED to look like her when she’s at the ball… *sighs* but that’s ok. No one really saw us anyway. Bah.

And now I’m talking to Andy online, wishing I’d never said just friends. I wish I’d said something more to the effect “let’s just not have a relationship”… then we could at least date a little and have some fun. Lol, I’m such a dork. But it’s good in away, because all of a sudden we have this good-natured joking around thing. I find myself calling him a lot more often, he even springs and calls me (well once, but that’s better than usual), and I don’t know. He knows like ALL of my friends now. It’s just, pleasant. And as Meg says, healthy.

I think I’m slowly turning giddy tonight. I’m thinking it’s the after effects of those Dr. Peppers. How I DO adore that stuff. Powerful. Lovely. Caffiene. I LOVE IT. I’m 50! 50 year’s old! I like to KICK! STRETCH! And KICK! I’m 50! 50 years old! *is being Emma… un peu*

My sister’s German friend and I are emailing back and forth now… it’s kind of exciting. And intimidating. WHOO… I so CANNOT speak German, lol.
