do you feel the love?

Yes and no. Why? I’ll tell you why… (and I bet you were hoping I wouldn’t)

Well, I LOVE Aims… definately feeling the love there. Aww, so I was sick (and still am, I suppose) last night and couldn’t go out with Aims and company to the track meet, dinner, and all that. So who shows up at my house sometime after 9? (I think it was after 9??) Aimée, Jillian, Ronald, Garett, Scott, and John Paul! (otherwise known as Aims, Jill, Ron, Goo, Scott, and J.P.) Well, they brought me a balloon to make me feel better, which read “Happy Birthday Daddy”… hehe. Gotta love the unrelated balloons which Aims traditionally gives me! 😀 After awhile, they took off their shoes and came downstairs, where they had Dr. Coke (hah Aims… yeah don’t ask anyone else – note that I totally stole this from Aims’ entry… not the point) and jelly beans. We talked for awhile, and I suppose they left at around 11. Aww, that was so sweet of them! And there were more guys than girls in the group? WHAT? MAJORLY KING PELLINORE?? What? Right… so this is good. That’s the love for ya… right there.

Now for the not-so loved part. They won’t date us? I’ve told you that before… but it stinks. My mom thinks it stinks too. Ron and Goo will not date us, or take any of us to prom. J.P.’s just too shy, plus Dani would kill us all if any of us went with him. Scott may have a senior date already. WHAT?? BAH to all men.

And that whole denim thing by the way… Well, Jon hath informed me that Jean may come here for prom if her team loses the next conference game or something. Funny conversation… HAHA. Yes, funny. I mean the one I had with Jon regarding this denim issue. So it’s like… good to lose, but bad to lose… and good to come, but bad to come. And from MY point of view. VERY GOOD TO WIN AND VERY GOOD NOT TO COME. But somehow I don’t think Jon agrees…

My mom thinks I may have to go to sophomore-age. NOOOO… nothing against sophomores or anything…

So my mommy took me shopping today! I normally hate shopping… really I do. There is one exception to this rule: Old Navy. If I shop, I shop with friends without money, or shop with my mother. I fight with my mother when I shop (sometimes) unless we shop in Old Navy. When you turn us loose in that store, I swear she enjoys spending her money for me almost more than I do! Ahh, ’tis so fun! I think I spent… well way too much. I got 4 pairs of shorts, 3 shirts, a jacket, flip flops, a pair of socks, a hair pully-backy-thingy, pajama pants, and a pair of capris. I should’ve told you the detail of such adorable things, but I’ll spare you. Everything the Easter Bunny brought me was Old Navy as well… so actually much of what I bought today goes with what that brilliant little rabbit bought. Honestly, I believe that 90% of my wardrobe is Old Navy. Possibly more. “It’s the same thing I get… it might be better…” I couldn’t write an entire entry without quoting Man of La Mancha… you know me too well.

Well, I’m off to be

~swept away in new clothes~

I HATE AmES. Never mind you were talking about a person or something. I LOVE OLD NACVY!!!!

RYN: Yeah, guys do suck. Apparently his mom wouldn’t sign the permission form. I just want to find him and shake him and tell him that he’s 18 for Pete’s Sake, and should just tell his mom that he’s going. Grrr… Okay, done venting. 🙂
