Happy Friday

Woke up to play with baby Marc today, but he’s already sleepy so I just nursed him to sleep. A few moments after, as hubby was dressing up getting ready for work, baby Marc woke up. Seems like baby Marc sensed his Dada is about to leave. Aww…

And then I continued my sleep for a couple more hours before getting ready for work myself. I had a nasty headache when I woke up and I decided to hit the gym as soon as I setup my laptop and read important emails. I thought the headache will go away after the workout and shower, but it did not. I still have it. Barnacles! It’s Friday and I have a headache. Nice…

Tomorrow is yet another round of vaccines for baby Marc. Hubby is hoping to watch Batman/Dark Knight Rises tomorrow, but I’d rather stay at home and spend quality time with our baby. Watch a Disney or Pixar movie from our collection then open up a popcorn, then just sit back and relax. I feel like watching movies in cinemas tend to stress me and tire me out even more, rather than help me relax. Number one is the price of the tickets nowadays. Second is the food. Then the hassle of commuting, traffic, worrying about baby at home… Nah, I’d really choose staying at home than catch up with the latest movies.

But last week was different. Haha! We went to this mall, like 80km to a hundred far, I think, just to watch Ice Age 4. Well, actually, we didn’t know it was very far. Hubby checked the map and he said it was not too far away from the looks of it. But no, we traveled 1.5hrs one way. Hahaha anyway, it was worth it. For the love of Scrat, Sid and Manny. And now, with Peter Dinklage voicing Gutt, I’d say Gutt is okay.

Listening now to Blue. Had a very naughty thought because of the lyrics.

I…can’t breathe easy…can’t sleep at night…til you’re by my side…No, I…can’t breathe easy…I can’t dream yet another dream…   without you lying next to me…there’s no heir…No heir…

Okay, I know it’s corny.

it’s me,

RYN: Thanks about the stories. I’m in Davao. I was amazed to see how the popularity of cupcakes has reached the Philippines too. And that display was beautiful.
