smoothies!
i hate my computer. its not been right since i took it to get the virus removed months ago. keyboard is weird and the damn curser jumps all over the place.
anyway, i made my first smoothie today. it was strawberry, banana, and blueberries. added some orange/pineapple/banana juice and low fat vanilla yogurt and ice and it is delish! i am soooo making these from now on! i just gotta find a way to make them more weight watchers friendly. one "serving" is almost a whole meals worth of points (cause of the banana). i’m definitely gonna become a smoothie girl from now on!
oh, and i’ve been running. me! i never run! if i was running before, its only because there was a big, scary rapist chasing me. but, i’ve started and i’m impressing myself and i like it! this heat wave has kept me to walking at night instead of running, but its breaking tomorrow and i’m actually excited to run again.
i swear, this is really me writing. i have not been abducted by aliens. or runners.
Congrats on making Smoothies. I discovered them too this year. I bought a blender. I always have to have bananas around for smoothies. Sorry about your computer. My mom is a computer programmer, and helped me install anti-virus software because I got a virus. You want to know what makes a really good smoothie? If you can find them in your area: Kiwi!! Yumm.
