nojomo #1

after somewhat successfully completing nojomo last year, imma try it again this year!  today went pretty well.  it was an easy day at work and the kids were pretty well behaved, even though i’m sure they were exhausted from staying out late trick-or-treating last night.  tomorrow is election day and i have the day off, thursday we have a field trip in the morning to see a play, and thursday night i pick my friend up from the airport!  can’t wait to see her!  we haven’t seen each other since july.  finally, the week will end with a friend’s wedding.  about damn time this wedding is over, i’m sick of hearing about it!  lol. 

i heard from new guy yesterday.  i texted him "trick or treat!" and he responded treat.  so i sent him a pic of the lollipops i was gonna give out if i had any trick or treaters and said "here is a g rated pic of treats for you!"  he said thanks (he was driving at the time) and i went back to laundry/cleaning/watching tv whatever it was i was doing.  then, when i was brushing my teeth, i heard my phone beep and i knew it was him.  he said "i like r rated pictures better"  which i KNEW that if i said something about a g rated picture, it would generate that kind of response.  soooo, we chatted for a bit.  it was a nice way to end my night. 

i should probably get started on my giant to do list.  thank god i have the day off tomorrow, otherwise i’m not sure i could get it all done!!
