Meeting Alexis.

So I met Doug’s daughter today…it was fun. They picked me up at about 11am and we went to the beach….got back at around 3. They had to go pick up Doug’s parents at the airport. They stay with Doug while Alexis is here so they can get some time in with Alexis and help Doug watch her while he’s at work.

Sunday I meet the Mom…slightly nervous. Took me a while to warm up to Alexis…she’s 4 and super adorible…very prissy which I LOVE….just its weird…she’s not some random 4 year old..she’s the son of my love…based on how I interact with her he will judge how I handle having children…and how I am with kids. Its a scary thought that all that sort of comes with meeting a little girl.

Luckily Doug’s really laid back…and we had so much fun.

I guess since I grew up in Florida and I go would go to the beach basically all the time…I was never scared of waves or anything…I do remember absolutly HATING getting salt water in my eyes…but Alexis is terrified of waves…and also hates getting water in her eyes. She’s a priss….

couple cute things…she would try and dip her head into the water and wet her hair like I do….and then she took her dads sunglasses so we could match….

She’s so cute!

I tried to lay pretty low..but still had fun.
