to the girl in the labyrinth
i can’t see you but i know you’re there, behind every corner i turn i expect to find you but you are still as elusive as a mayfly’s tomorrow. i’m not looking for a way out of this maze, i want to stay lost in it with the girl that makes being lost feel so much like being found
one of these days, that girl will be around a corner. chalk, skates and her little green hat. keep watching.

The title of this piece drew me to it. I love labyrinths. This is excellent. Sinners go into a labyrinth to find the center, right? Salvation.

HA hilarious note, I should try that walk sometime, should probably practice in private though, wouldn’t want to look like a crackhead in public now would I. I wish every time I blinked I could see new and exciting things. The world needs to renew itself more often, or maybe I’ve got to stop being such a disaffected Angsty Teen™ —
