Yuck … and also sort of cool stuff

One of the girls at Sbux got in a car accident so they called me and asked if I could work extra tonight.  Now, with all of these people there BEGGING for more hours, nobody else could fill in????  I told them I COULD but I didn’t want to.  I said, "Call EVERYBODY else on the list, and if nobody else will do it, I will."  Later the manager, herself, called me back and said, "Well, we got part of it covered but if you could work tonight from 7:30-10:30, I would really owe you big time."  I told her I would but I wasn’t thrilled (which I also told her.)  She repeated that she would owe me big time.  I WILL remember that!!  So now I’m stuck going in there and have to leave in about 10 minutes while everybody else just left to go to Unhopeful1’s inlaw’s house for a big dinner and game night.  Sucks!!! 

On the cool side.  We were out shopping and a the size eight capri pants were too big on me!! Yay.  I fit into a size six skirt!!!! How COOOOL is that.  Now, before you get all excited for me… if you even care (which you probably don’t, but keep in mind just 2 short years ago I was a size 24/26) I have to admit these were Target clothes which I cut so big that it’s like a lie, but it was still pretty cool.  I mean they were NOT elastic wasted stuff 🙂  Still, I’m pretty much a solid size 10 with some forays into size 8.  But it was cool that a Target  size 6 fit me.  That made my day.

Anyway, the skinny one has got to go LOLOLOL
