Ridiculous much ?
My family and I are staring this new insurance and so far they suck. I had to answer questions on the phone once and then they lost the answers or something then I had to answer again. My dad can’t get his prescriptions because they haven’t approved them yet. That was like 3 weeks ago. He needs the prescriptions sometime this year. Then I have to sign a paper and fax it to them we fax it to them and they did not get it. Then we fax them again and guess what it’s the wrong paper. Then to top it off they email the paper and I can’t get to it. Ridiculous is what I have to say. This is a professional company this should not be happing. Hopefully they get their act together. Ridiculous !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
