[p90x]

Because, apparently, I am a crazy person…

I am doing the p90x 90-day workout system.

I got the discs for free, so I have nothing to lose (except the 35 pounds I’ve put on since we’ve been married). Which is odd to me, because I don’t see where the weight has gone. I’m clearly not as thin as I used to be, but I’m still wearing size 7 jeans, x-small and small work scrubs. I am not fat, by any definition of the word. But there have been subtle changes that I can’t miss, and I know I won’t feel comfortable in my bikini this summer. Which can’t happen, because since we bought the boat… a huge portion of my summers are spent in bikinis, and I love them!

My thighs are a little thicker, My sides are pinchable, my belly is not as flat as it used to be, and my chest is… well, they are amazing. Lol. That is the only thing I will miss, as I always gain and lose weight there first. But a small sacrifice to be happy with my body again.

So here’s to this intense 90-day program that I am embarking on. It’s six days per week of roughly hour long workouts, different types every day to keep your body from adjusting to the routine and plateauing.

Too bad you dont have Insanity or I don’t have p90x!! We could do it together on skype!
