Starting Hardcore Health Kick
So I’m starting the "hardcore health kick" today. It’s a Friday…it’s a weird day to start. So today is more of a prep day. I’ve already started the heating habits I prefer/will have and I’ve already written down a lot of work outs. Today I’m going to write down a bunch of work outs in terms of "what to do" and "how to"s for them…and then after work I will put together an actual schedule. Iwon’t necessarily do it day by day…sometimes strict "this must be done on Monday" schedules can be hard to do if time doesn’t always allow itself. I found some workouts on pinterest, a set of things to do for each day, and I’ve designated them "quickie work outs" I wrote each of them down, and so if I come to a day where I need to work out but I really don’t have much time, I will just do those work outs. They will probably take close to a half an hour and it’s a little bit of everything. I also made post it notes for each day plus "freebee". The goal is to work out 5-6 days a week. I think I will end up changing this though. Instead of having each day written down…I will write down "Day 1" through "Day 6" and I will move the post it sticky to a different part of my wall or just off the wall as an accomplishment sort of thing. If I miss one, I have to make it up the following week. I’m going to be posting my day to day eating habits and work outs and feelings and such, but not on here. I figure I need a completely separate journal for this, so I created a blogger/blogspot. Not that anyone will be interested in this but the link will be http://abetternatalie.blogspot.com/. I’m creating a better me, so I figured that little title worked well…especially because my other ideas were already taken haha. Anywho, I’m sure no one is interested in this whatsoever, but if anyone is looking for ideas for work outs or motivation, maybe that will help. Not sure. I will only post occasional updates on that front on here..maybe anything significant such as weight loss or before and after pictures. I have to do a before picture today, and I already weighed myself this morning. Woot.
So the rest of my day consists of doing a work out of some sort, showering, continuing writing down some ideas for work outs, clean up around the room a little (praying I find no more ear wigs. They are everywhere 🙁 ), go buy a new work shirt, and then go to work. When I get home tonight it will probably be a boring night…watch/listen to a lecture I missed probably, and maybe a movie. Something may develop after work too. We shall see.
