 There’s nothing special here so I figured I would just title this with the date.

Today is a study day. I have a major exam tomorrow where I need to memorize over 300 different things.  I need to memorize every bone in the body, plus almost every little part/notch/hole/thing that sticks out of it which can be up to 10 different things on some of the facial bones.  I also have an exam for my online class tomorrow that needs to be done by midnight.  I need to start writing notes for that today so that I can be ready when I’m doing the exam and I don’t have to look at so much.  At least I have plenty of time after classes tomorrow and before work to really focus on that.  I’ll write the notes tonight and then study them tomorrow.  I need to keep studying for that damn bone quiz first.  Not looking forward to it.

I also need to get something organized today.  I haven’t done much cleaning since my last update.  The only organizing I did was my itunes. ha.  I did buy an organizer for all the random shit that’s just sitting on my desk right now (papers, pencils, random utensils, post it notes, etc etc) so that will make life easier. I also want to start going through my clothes soon and see what I want to keep or get rid of.  My friend is having a rummage sale on Friday from 7am -3pm and I said I’d help out with that..which means waking up at 4am to go over there to start bringing things out to her garage and yard to be on time for the sale.  She and her hubs have lived there for about 15 or 20 years I think and they are moving to Indonesia with nothing but 2 luggage cases and their carry-on’s. So they have LOTS to get rid of and this is one of their major yard sales.  I’m thinking maybe I should bring some clothes that I don’t want along and see if I can get a dollar for them or something, and if not, just return them to the Good Will bag I have sitting outside my door.

Health wise I’m doing OKAY.  I was so sore yesterday from running 2 days in a row after not having run in a couple months so I decided to do cycling for my cardio.  I figured I’d wait until next week to do the weight lifting so I don’t overwhelm my body.  Food-wise I am struggling.  Yesterday I was struggling to stay within my 1470 calorie restriction.  Thankfully I worked out which gave me an extra 500 calories, of which 200 was in the negative before I worked out.  Part of me thinks I should switch to the weight watchers instead of just calorie counting.  Weight watchers doesn’t care if you pig out on carrots or other veggies, while those calories are counted on regular calorie counting and then I feel like if I’m hungry, I still shouldn’t be eating too much.  I’m thinking it may be good to hold off on the severe watching food for a couple weeks.  The first week of working out, and even the 2nd, I am often SO hungry because my body isn’t used to burning so many calories and burning that energy up so quick.  If i let my body get used to working out, then I can start cutting back on food.  I won’t completely throw away the watching the food though.  I will still go by my calorie counter on my ipod, but if I go 100 or 200 over I won’t worry too much, since the next "level up" is 1700 calories to lose 1 lb a week.

So that’s my life lately. Pretty boring.  Nothing interesting like I said.

Well I’m going to get going.  I have class in an hour and need to get dressed, and maybe do some organizing

well i hope you already have that 99 percent memorized. I don’t think 1470 calories is nearly enough to eat for one day, even for losing weight. Also I think it’d be easier and healthier to just focus on working out for a few weeks or just on eating better, then add the other one after you are more used to doing one. Less of a shock that way and it takes less motivation to get past the first week or so.

Ew good luck with all the studies. I know how that goes. I’m super busy myself. Just a bit longer. Good luck with the weight thing too. It’s really hard to keep up with it for me. I go back n forth.
