jeff & i decided today that jace is ready for some basic structured learning. tomorrow we’re going to get a few things for a learning board for him. i plan to do letters, numbers, shapes, colors, & an animal each week. then some religious stuff on sundays. probably work in a rhyme or song too.

i’m really excited because it means something to focus on with him, where right now i feel like i spend a lot of the days floundering around, wondering what to do to fill our time.

the trouble with the car appears to be fixed. my grandma luckily was available to cart us to town a couple times to get the starter replaced. it’s what jeff replaced in october, so it was still under warranty and free for a new one. it starts fine now, lets hope it stays that way.

jeff was like ‘told you not to worry!’ and i’m like… it’s just one more thing, ya know? on top of everything i have on my mind all the time, i dont need a car that wont get me to the doctor or hospital, too!

i’m on my ipod and it’s making my hand tired, so that’s probably good enough for now.
