an ode to q tips.

who knew those things weren’t supposed to be used in your ears? i mean, makes sense, i guess.. but somewhere along the line someone taught me to clean my ears with those things.

i guess the ear wax is supposed to ball up and come out on its own? well, crap. now i’m so addicted to the feeling of cleaning out my ears after a shower, i just can’t stop. i hate the feeling of water in there. i can’t help myself.

they should make them too big to fit in my ears or something.

hmm. obviously there’s not a lot going on around here. i need to go work on my typing, anyhow, so i guess i should stop thinking about personal hygiene tools and get on that.

OMG!! I do this too…I know it’s supposedly bad…but I can’t not do it when I get out of the shower. lol. 🙂 Hope you are having a good weekend ma’am. 🙂 *hug* ~Randi

I’m guilty too. But I also use them for cleaning all around the house. Love q-tips! 🙂

guilty. I hate having water in my ears after I shower. We use them to clean out Sakura’s ears too.

RYN: No, this is the first time I’ve seen Canadian geese in Las Vegas! It’s not unusual to see quail and their babies (SO CUTE!) around, and I’ve occasionally seen a roadrunner but not geese. Especially in the middle of a busy intersection! They actually crossed the street and continued down a sidewalk. We do have those plain white geese (don’t know what their official name is) at one of the big parks in town but they are MEAN so I don’t go there! 🙂

lol this made me laugh. i clean them after a shower too but i mostly call it “drying them out”. i had a weird thing i used to use to clean my ears.. like a scraper… but again i also didnt know youre not supposed to clean them really. weird!
