so last week/country buffet/pat/………. *de**h*

……McAllister’s*.

So last week. Jessica [she’s my mentor] and I went to Country Buffet. it was nice. I haven’t been to a buffet in 2 yrs. the last one I went to was this fabulous breakfast buffet in Copenhagen. it was on my birthday [Aug. 17 btw]. it was at the hotel my mom and I were staying in.

and then before that. when I was 23 w/ a friend of mine. er. former. friend. yeah I don’t go to buffets a lot. but. I also don’t go out to eat a lot, so.

Yeah I like buffets. you can eat as much as you want. I forgot that we’d already paid. $10. it was quiet. and nice. the outing and the actual buffet. I had: broccoli, cantaloupe [actually I think it was the other one since it was green], mashed potatos, mac and cheese. and a cookie [of course]. That’s a lot for me. [I find it funny that someone my size – I’m tiny btw. size of donna reed figure of. bettie page. and just where, was I in the ’50’s? lol – can eat that much. and I think that’s why is *because* I’m tiny]. That’s more than I was eating. [yeah but more on that later].

And then Jessica and I went to the indoor Aurora mall. there are 3 malls in Aurora 2 are outdoor. We went in the food court entrance. which is interesting because. we weren’t hungry. When we walked in I’m like "I wish I was hungry". and we walked around for a bit.

yeah, again. it was nice.

It was cold and gray and cloudy that day. When we were sitting eating it reminded me of Pat’s service last March. it was near the end of the month. it was snowy as all hell that day. The service was nice….Pat would’ve liked it. [but then. if he’d been here we wouldn’t’ve had to have it, so].

And then a few weeks ago, we – Jessica and I I mean that ‘we’ – went to McAllister’s her fave sandwish place. [sandwich* I mean not ‘sandwish’ lol]. I’d never been before. That was nice too. the sandwich was good. it was vegetarian. There were 2 separate ones and a long toothpick stuck in the middle of each so for a minute there I was confused as to what was holding each one together. That was also nice. It was sunny that day.
