uh-ha. thought so.

i am sick. it’s not fair. i wanna whine. it’s spring. it’s sunny. it’s lovely and i’m sick. my head aches. my ears are blocked. my sinus thumps. my chest? ohhhh well that’s wheezing and whining and making life living hell. my nose is a tap and that tap has no way of being switched off. ugh. so i dutifully took myself off to the doctors and i could almost see the poor woman inweardly groaning at thew sight of me. yes yes, i am a frequent visitor at the doctors… i have now come to accept that if i’m not there for my asthma or my ankle or my back or my knees or my tonsils (all which require prescriptions for various medications and referrals to specialists) then i am there for woman’s things, colds, my kids, blood tests or weight loss. i’m sure she believes that there should be a clause in her contract that suggests that patients like me shoul;d jnot be able to raise anymore than three issues per consultation. *grunt* but if i had to adhere to that i’d be sucking the dear life out of medicare.

so anyhoo… i’ve finally detached myself frrom my sickplace on the couch and i’m at least ambulating… but i still feel like crap. snotty crap. ugh.
