Cortisone Shot with Pics

So I had my cortisone shot yesterday at 4.  MAN!!  PAINFUL!!  The first two were a breeze compared to this one.  He had to use the x-ray machine to find my joint and then he put the needle in and kept moving it around to find the joint inside.  He thought he had it aimed right but obviously didn’t.  He hit the pins, he hit the bone he hit the nerves.  He hit everything EXCEPT the joint and inside the joint.  He THINKS he got it in there.  And the whole time he is doing this I’m screaming in pain.  I called him so many names and he felt horrible.  I felt horrible for saying them but if you only knew the pain I was in!!!  When it was done and over with I gave him a hug.  He said don’t do p90x ever again, please.  I said I wouldn’t.  

So I contemplated not driving on the foot but I got halfway to my house which was thirty minutes away from the doctor’s office and stopped off at my parents because I couldn’t drive on the foot.  It was so painful.  I limped on it, too.  It hurt so bad.

See the bump forming on the outside of the right foot.  That’s where the cortisone shot was.  I still have that bump this morning but it’s gone down a bit more today.
