Christmas day on the beach

There is nothing quite like it at all..

Salad, ham , desserts.. and a paddle in the sea..

Oh and the odd present..

spoilt rotten ..

I need to get TOH on board with the gifts .. he is crazy about his kids getting heaps of gifts , but sadly they are mostly cheap and nasty and broken , plus take batteries galore.

Thats my only bug bare/ bear/ beer .. heehee

I hope you all had a fantastic day

ryn: good questions! I’ll be interested to find out too. I’m just glad I won’t be the one cleaning up after them! The bunny is my duty is he’s much easier to care for even if he is a little turd machine

yes, it definately sounds as if TOH needs an education in selecting gifts in future, quality and sensible. So much is wasted when not thought through properly. Glad you have had such a wonderful time by the sea…… hugs P

I agree- quality – and less is best

Oh yes, my family are a bit the same way with gifts which is why I tried to limit it by having each person only buy for one other but they still went all out at the two dollar shop for the kids! I tried 🙂

Glad you had a great Xmas day. Gifts are oftgen soon forgotten, except for the ones the kids really really wanted. Just the way it is a suppose.

RYN: as we are ‘name-throwing’…. lol….. my dad’s second cousin was the late Sir Walter Nash, Labour leader and PM during 50s and 60s. Dan Carter is a worthwhile claim to fame I guess, but I reckon I win hands down….lol hugs and smiles P
