How long can you take a car on a test drive

If you have ever wondered just how long you could test drive a new car for – an Australian man has found out.

The 30-year-old took a new $45,000 Honda Accord on a six-day test drive from Melbourne to the Northern Territory.

He was finally arrested – after clocking up 3,200km – after he tried to drive off without paying for fuel in the outback.

Isn’t that a great way to see the country???

hahahaha

cool idea..LOL. There was something recently on Target about the fact that when we test drive a vehicle of choice we need to try it out for at least a couple of hours. That alone would provide a nice outing..LOL hugs P

that’s funny!…maybe they should have suspected something wasn’t quite right when he loaded all of his luggage into the back of the car.

RYNs: thanks for your help and advice. I have finally come to the conclusion it is a futile exercise, as a determined person will find a way. Guess I will minimise the risks a little but just making certain entries faves only. I do trust my faves. Hugs P
