NoJoMo #1 – “Introduction”

Hi Open Diary, it’s me – do you remember me?

Well it’s been…asidjfa;siodj f;asiodjfasd;fijasdf…FOREVER since I’ve written.  There’s a lot wrong with that, but I will list two  main reasons.

1)  Writing is my escape; my passion.  Especially on OD.  I’ve found this little site to be FAR more beneficial than the few therapists I’ve seen.  It’s amazing what a nice, long written entry about your thoughts, feelings and frustrations can do for the soul.

2)  My life has changed SO much; even in the last two months.  It’s been insanity!   I have been keeping up with this thing for the past five years, ESPECIALLY in times when my life was changing.  Oh well.  

I was reminded today at work that it’s November 1st.  And, I remember the famous "NoJoMo" on here; I’ve tried it a couple times but have never succeeded all 30 days… or is it 31 days?  Regardless, I am determined to give it a try this time around.  Maybe I can catch up with my OWN life, as well as catching up my OD with my life as of late.

So I have 27 minutes to finish this.  LOL. 

My frustration today?  My weight.  Since moving to Big City, I’ve gotten large.  LOL.  Plain and simple.  I’ve had 3 different gym memberships, yet have BARELY worked out at all.  And of course, I work in a restaurant–which  means, all I do is eat.  All.  Damn.  Day.  My motivation, will power and EVERYTHING have gone down the drain.  F WORD!!! 

TIME TO GET MOTIVATED!!!

Things to cover over the next month.  Every day I will do a new topic.  Today, was the introduction.  Tomorrow I’ll explain more about my STUPID ASS struggle with weight loss.  LOL. 🙂
