It’s kind of (probably not) ironic
I’m in the middle of my Mental Health rotation and I’m the most relaxed and layed back that I’ve been through the entire program so far. Today is an extension of the greatness of yesterday. I finished listening to a new book, went to clinicals and hung out with some awesome people on the mental ward and then came home to listen to one of my favorite stories with a purring cat in my lap. Today is gloomy and wet and I love it.
James woke me up with a smile. He’s puttering around the house – putting together the new furniture we just picked up last weekend from Ikea as I’m listening to the Piano Guys and gazing out my window – avoiding the 9 chapters i have to read before Tuesday morning.
And I am happy. Just. Happy.
I wish I could be completely irresponsible and work on the novel all day and just walk into a multiple guess test on Tuesday, but I would regret it later.
My cross-stitch is coming along. The Yasuhikotakia sidthimunki loaches I ordered should be in next week to pick up.
This time of year just rocks.
Glad you’re doing well! Miss chatting with you!
