Christmas Shopping

So…. Today I went Christmas shopping with my sister.  It was so much fun!  I got a whole bunch of stuff.  It feels really good to buy presents.  I got my mom a really beautiful necklace and my dad a gorgeous frame that I’m going to fill with family pictures.  I feel like I should get them each a little something more because it doesn’t feel like much.  I got Zakk a bunch of stuff too.  I can’t wait to see him open them.  I’m so excited that we get to spend Christmas together. 

In all of our years together we have never gotten to spend a Christmas together.  We always do Easter and sometimes Thanksgiving but this is going to be the best.  Christmas is such a big deal to me and it’s always felt less than perfect without him.  Plus this Christmas we’ll be only 3 days away from being husband and wife. 

Oh man, I’m pretty excited about that.  I’m also really excited about the Marine Corps birthday ball next weekend.  I love formal events.  Dressing up is so much fun.  Plus we’ll be getting professional pictures taken.  It’s the best! 

Ok, so I’m really tired and I guess I didn’t have as much to say as I thought I did.  I am just super stoked about Christmas this year!
