Not feeling great about the progress today. i weighed myself a few minutes ago… and i know it was at night and fully dressed and i usually do it in the morning without clothes… but i’m up 2 pounds instead of down… which is disapointing… but to be expected. i’m way lazy.
current weight: 140
goal weight: 110
current height: 5’2"
Food for the day: breakfast: just water and a cup of tea
Lunch: Hibachi grill steak and fried rice with tea
dinner: still full from lunch so just water
junk food: 1 can of sugar cane juice, 1 and 1/2 bubble gum sodas, and a box of pocky
glasses of water: 5… but there’s still time
excercise: Did my yoga DVD
i’m feeling really discouraged. and hungry now that i’m thinking about food. i need food TO LOSE WEIGHT.
this is gross. i can’t beleive i ate such a huge lunch. if i had eaten just a little 3 times i’d feel much less gross now.
i’m going to start eating my vegies. and i’m definately running tomorrow. i wish i could go to the swimming pool.

Start watching your calories! I’ve lost 61 lbs from watching what I eat and walking more. Good Luck!
