Silver

Someone once said,

That heroes aren’t born but made,

But I believe,

That heroes make themselves.

And someone once told,

That a heroes worth his weight in gold,

But I’ve been keeping score,

And heroes are worth so much more.

But heroes don’t just rise,

From the ashes of a tragic time,

They exist within every day,

They’re the friends that don’t go away,

They’re the ones who you never see,

Until you look back in memory,

And remember that you rose above,

Because you were held up with their love.

Someone once said,

That all heroes end up dead,

But everybody dies in time,

But only heroes live on in heart and mind.

But heroes don’t just fight,

For all those who don’t have the might,

They fight for every single one,

And won’t stop until the fighting’s done.

They’re the ones you never see,

Until you look back in memory,

And remember that you rose above,

Because they held you up with their love.

And we may wish to be a hero,

We wish we could be that strong,

But if we stay true to our friends,

We’ll have been heroes all along.

And all the things we really mean,

We may not be able to see,

But one day down the road,

It will reveal itself in our memory.

For heroes don’t seek fame,

They don’t seek an everlasting name,

They just follow their heart’s path,

Marching with unerring faith,

And all our friends may not ever see,

That we were heroes until we’re a memory,

But we’ll see them again up above,

Lifting them there with our undying love.

I think I’m going to write a story in here, it will be quite long and very sci-fi. You see, I guess I might as well begin writing a sub-story dealing with my GREAT PROJECT. Anyone who knows me, knows that I have one goal if I achieve my dream of making movies, it’s to make a four part anthology that destroys even Star War’s cult phenomenon. I doubt it will work, though it just might. Anyway, the story focuses on an alternate world, a world that is not planets, but rather several planes, separated by an infinite amount of space and yet easily traversed because of the miracle of magic. Anyway, rather than right the four part anthology on here, I’m going to write one of the side stories. A story that focuses on the races and places of the planes, but on other characters and other events and another time. A time before the anthology begins. Anyway, I might as well begin it later tonight with the prologue, I thought I might as well write a warning here.

Thanks Brad. Just send your lil thugs after me now why dont you? Oh well, already resolved problem…however if he kills me i will come back and haunt your ass. so ha.

I absolutely loved that! I would definately put that on the front of my diary except it would degrade it..haha. I’ve started a story that I’m calling The Final Countdown and it’s sci-fi I would guess. I’m going more for a book and not a movie. Maybe I shouldn’t read your prologue. I might steal your ideas without knowing it. 🙂 I’m sure yours will be better cuz you’ll put in more time.*hug*

And really, it doesn’t matter who’s is better. I’m always going to say yours is because I will. (good reason huh?) I can tell I went to bed late again. I’m rambling to poor you. All right. I’ll shut up now.

do you like the song “hero” by chad kroeger and josey scott? just wondering.

Neat! I like how you didn’t use the word silver in the poem at all… What the hell rhymes with silver? Pilfer? My poetic license needs to be revoked.
