Why do I keep on having dreams about the wedding that are about me forgetting things.

Last night I had a dream that I woke up the day of and we didn’t order the favors, we never made the escort cards, we didn’t have the wedding bands, there were no centerpieces, no limo, and I had a hair appointment that I knew that I wasn’t going to make.

I called one of my bridesmaids and they came over and did the escort cards, my mom did the centerpieces. Then I went to my dad crying because I didn’t have a limo and no wedding bands. We went to my grandpa and he got the limo for me and then my dad went and got the wedding bands.

I guess most of it worked out in the end, but why do I keep having these dreams? What is it that makes me have these dreams?

Should I start getting/making these things now? Is this a sign that I am going to forget one of these things? I have them at least twice a week.

Did you have any dreams like these? They make me so nervous!!

I guess I am just a worry wart and want everything to be perfect….right?

Hey I saw you on the front page and I’ve almost been married a year now. I think it’s normal to have those dreams but I wouldn’t worry about it hon. Put it this way, I didn’t know I was going to have my cake for sure until I walked into the hall for my reception. The most important thing to tell yourself is whether or not you have all of those things, who cares? What’s important about that day is>

marrying your soulmate. Those things don’t matter, the most important thing is you, him, the witnesses and the bands. Everything else isn’t important and as long as you have each other that’s all you need. And everything always works out in the end. My husbands cousin lives in the US and was making our cake and didn’t have documents to cross the border so I found out a week before I might not have

a cake. Sure I freaked out at first but once I realized it didn’t matter and we were still getting married with or without it, that helped. Just keep that in mind honey and I’m sure everything will be PERFECT =). I’m sure it will if you guys are destined to be together and it you’re meant to be it’ll all fall into place. Good luck!!! Surprisingly enough I’ve never had a wedding dream. I’ve been engaged and planning this wedding since July. I actually almost want one now.

I think it’s totally normal. I had dreams like that all the time leading up to my wedding. Once I had a dream that they did the wedding without me! Haha! Just relax, make a checklist. You’ll be fine! 🙂

Ryn: Aww thanks. Yea even though I live in Canada I got my dress at Davids Bridal, only way to go! They seriously overcharge here. I got my dress and all of my accessories for it for $1100 and here in Canada just a DRESS was $1200. I love Davids Bridal hehe. I’m gonna add you to my faves if that’s ok to keep updated on your planning and everything.
