home stretch

Its the last 3 weeks of school and I have a crap load of work to do.  I don’t even want to think about it.  I just can’t wait until its over.

Josh has a whole day trip for a class this Saturday, so it will be a good day for me to get a jump start on all the crap and write christmas cards.  Oh oh, I forgot to tell you my brilliant (well, I think it’s brilliant) idea.  I bought a bunch of x-mas cards to send out to friends and family.  I am going to send them out to everyone on the guest list for the wedding and then I am going to include a save the date to the people who don’t really know the date.  This way I don’t have to spend more money on save the dates.  YAY! Im smart lol

Josh has been so sweet lately. I love it and never want it to stop.  I have been here for last christmas and I am going to be here this christmas. Well, not for the actually date, but for the time before when we decorate and go pick out the tree and stuff.  Which makes me sad because I love everything about christmas. The decorating, the food, the family, the friends, the presents (who doesn’t) lol  Josh was going to get a real tree for our first apartment, but we aren’t going to be here long enough to enjoy it.  So, my mom gave me a little table top tree with little lights and ornaments, a couple boxes of mini icicle lights, some garland, and some candles.  So, I decorated the apartment a little, I kinda wanna go to wal-mart and see if they have any other cheap decorations that I like. Oh and she gave me a wreath and a fake pointsetta.  So, its a little more Christmasy in here.  I had class this morning and Josh had an errand to run, so he left before me and got back while I was at class.  I came back and he had bought a pine-scented candle (a big 4-wick one) and it was lit when I got back.  He told me that he bought it for me because he knew I was sad we couldn’t have a real tree, so he wanted to make it smell like it was real. Oh-my-god. How sweet was he.  I like the little things like that…it makes me feel like he really does think of me.  Earlier that morning too, my alarm went off on my cell phone, but he had it in the living room, so he came in and woke me up and asked me if I wanted him to hit the snooze.  I of course said yes.  So he said that he would come back and wake me up in 10 minutes.  I love when he’s sweet to me!

Jenn!! When you come home next month, will you go with me to the florist, help pick out invitations, and help me figure out favors?? I don’t know what colors I want to do anymore. I love the colors I have, but I was thinking something else, so I was looking for your input on that too, so if you have time will you go with me and the girls to davids? It would mean a lot for you to be there, being my wedding planner and all lol

Ugh, I’m hungry and its 830..I hate my body sometimes haha. Well, I am going to find something somewhat healthy to eat and finish some homework!!
