it’s ok.

So yeah, budget cuts happened.  Science teachers in buffalo have been laid off.  i’m ok, there is a good chance i will be called back to work sometime this year, so lets all keep our fingers crossed..

oh and it probably will not be to work in that hellish place i did last year, but a different school building, which i’m sure will come with a whole new set of issues…  but hey, that’s what life’s about..

the wedding planning is rolling along anyway..  we have certain larger sums of money coming our way this year that will cover the cost of the wedding, and well, that’s that.  Right now, i’m in limbo about where i want to have it, and even what date…
but well,, check this out..   http://www.lockportlocks.com  Look at the Veranda room.  I am in love.. but i’m hearing it might be too narrow from some.. so we’ll see.. our guests will probably only be around 80 in number, so i think it will be fine.

we are going to check it out on September 1st in person.  Our tentative date there, that was open when i called in July 16, although we are considering moving it up to June 25, because, honestly, it makes more sense.  Neither of us will be scheduled to work the two weeks following that date, so there will be no problem taking our honeymoon, and if i want to work summer school, i will be free to do so.

Hmmm what else, i’ve gained probably 10 pounds since my trip, and i am NOT HAPPY!  So i’m getting on the diet/exercise bandwagon and taking a spin.  Seriously, my weight is like a 15 pound yo-yo and i know that isn’t healthy..
