so, the Ukraine it is!

Yeah it is looking like i will be going to the Ukraine for 10 days this summer!!!  Crazy, huh?  I can’t wait!  I will be helping to write/implement IEP’s for special needs children living in an orphanage..   Not sure when it will be, but my friend said that ballpark, the trip shouldn’t be more than $2100, expensive, but SO do-able! 

I might try to do some fundraising to cover some of the expenses.. in fact, i will be doing something to try to help with costs.. because besides that cost, i need to go get a passport, and any medical clearances i need to travel in that part of the world..

I am hoping that this helps me to look at my job in a different light now.. That job is going to enable me to do THIS good thing!  i’m really happy for it..

not so sure Charles is really on board with it, but he’ll come around.. i’m going though.. no matter what I have to do with fundraising, etc.. i’m super excited!!!
