irritated.*eta*
I’m hot, and annoyed.
here is my list..
- charles’ ex HAS to move to meet her school districts’ residency requrement or be fired. So she’s moving. OUT of the house that they BOTH still own. So legally, we could just move in as soon as she is out, take over the mortgage and move on with our lives. Can she make it that simple?? NO, of course not. To be honest, i think that house is probably too small, but the fact that she has no common decency AT ALL is just infuriating! She just, incorrectly, thinks that she has control of everything! We told her (well, he told her) to just divorce him then and he will sign the house over, but she refuses to file.. just drags this crap on and on and on. And no, financially we cannot afford for him to file right now, we are still paying off my lawyer.
- We bought maya and paige one of those big rectangular blow up pools. When we went to go in it today it was all muddy around it, from water being splashed out, and full of mud.. no doubt a neighbor kid was in it when we weren’t home.. GRRR!
- I’m dying from heat, I was planning on at least getting my feet wet with the kiddos.. but yeah. muddy water..
- don’t want to turn on the AC because we already owe a HUGE balance on our electric bill (all ok though through payment agreement/budget plan)..
- just in a general funk. Work is super boring. Kids are taking exams, and i have most everything i need done by the end of the year done, so that leaves a bit too much down time… i definitely found some good stuff on GF today though! LOL!
ok i think i’m done for the moment..
and do me a favor and please NOTE if you read.. i’m thinking no one is…
ETA: just to clear a couple things up about my first complaint.. LOL! Yes, she can afford to file, she just refuses to. Also, since someone is bound to ask, there is ZERO equity in that house.. that’s right NONE. She cannot even make back what they owe on the mortgage by selling it. She just doesn’t want him.. well US, to have it. That’s the entire problem. She said she would foreclose before he could have it.. funny part is.. it is NOT her decision. Once she doesn’t occupy the premises anymore he can just move in and there is NOT. A. SINGLE. THING. she can do about it! LOL! (yes, i find that funny.) In fact, during a dispute.. charles went to get his snowblower and she called the cops on him (!!!) the cops told her there is nothing they can do, it’s his house. He can throw rocks through the windows and they can do nothing..
Yikes- that woman sounds hard to deal with. =o/ Can she afford to file?? I would freak if I thought a neighbourhood kid were coming anywhere near a pool- where are parents these days?! Kids can drown!!

Sorry to hear about his ex being a major cuntbag. Just wait until she moves out, tell him to drop it, and he can move in and change the locks after her. If she changes the locks when she moves, have him call a locksmith and find something to prove he owns the home, but lost his key. Sneaky, but hey.. she isn’t exactly playing fair either.

Ugh. Exes and messes….I hope life smoothes out a bit for you.

When I filed for divorce it was something like less than $100 bucks. Or do you mean you would need to hire a lawyer? My ex and I were pretty civil and never had to battle anything out with lawyers.

That sucks. Be careful leaving that pool up! Even though its on your property if a child drowns or gets hurt in it you will be liable.
