loving today.

today, and last night we are working on getting this house/apt. to be the way that we WANT it to be.. not just the way it is because we are both just busy and there are 2-4 little girls here messing it up at any one time…

charles started last night.  While i took a nap ( that he insisted i take because i wasn’t feeling so well), he cleaned up our living room/dining room combo and SWITCHED it around!   Now the living room is where the dining room was and vice versa.  I am in love! there is SO much more SPACE and it looks so much nicer and CLEANER, and NEATER!  He is wonderful!!  =)

Also this morning I am working on the girls room.  I got rid of this little dresser thing that just has outlived it’s usefulness.  Cleaned up their room, turned the bed and dresser differently and Charles is at WalMart now picking up a tall bookshelf and a cork board for in there..

We are also getting these large shelves finished (they were bought my me unfinished eons ago, and of course, NOTHING was ever done with them.. ) so he’s picking up paint/sandpaper/screws etc. to get them finished and up on the walls.

We’re also repainting a shelf that was up in my living room pink for the kids room and moving another one to the kitchen.. it’s alot of work, but i am LOVING how it is turning out!!!

I can’t wait until it’s all done!. pics to follow.. of course!
