a list and more.***

Lots of stuff i would like to do today, so i thought i would get it all down "on paper" so that i can keep it all straight, and hopefully accomplish something!

  • take "inventory" of the girls’ summer clothes.  decide what i think they "need"
  • order crocs for the girls??? want to do this, not sure if i will today
  • go through all the miscellaneous clothing scattered about my bedroom did some
  • go through all of the papers surrounding this computer
  • totally catch up the laundry *i have a good start on this! STILLLLL going…….
  • pick out a couple new recipes and make a shopping list
  • try out new gorgeous grill if weather cooperates!
  • keep kitchen clean! so far so good
  • wash bedding in progress
  • basically totally clean bedroom so when i come home after surgery Wednesday i feel comfortable
  • shower
  • bathe kids
  • scrub bathrooms they look sparkly! woo hoo!
  • scrub garbage cans
  • feed kids.
  • grocery shopping
  • make dinner

i don’t know,, i just want to be productive today.

my head is pounding.  unfortunately it is something that i’ve gotten used to though.  It is however making me look forward to my surgery on wednesday instead of dreading it.  although i wish i could have more fun on my spring break!

i think that Dave and i are going to spend the night at this awesome hotel and eat at a glorious restaurant for our 5th anniversary!  For those of you who are from around here, we are going to stay at the Garden Place Hotel, and eat at Salvatore’s Italian Gardens.  For those of you who aren’t that links to the website.  We never got to go on a honeymoon really.  I was 4 months pregnant at the time, and our wedding had been thought of and planned in exactly 3 months! So there was no money/ forethought for  a honeymoon as well.  But we did go to this hotel and stay there for 3 nights and make the most of it.  So i think that this will be a nice, romantic, sentimental way to celebrate our first 5 years!  Now i just need to make the reservations and find a sitter.  I am really excited though.

ugh. i shouldn’t have sat down.  now i don’t want to get up.  oh well, time to get started on my list and feel productive, although headachey!

have a nice Sunday everyone!

have a great anniversary stay. don’t worry, we have been married 25 years, planned our wedding for a year and still haven’t had our “honeymoon” of a cruise! I missed the surgery, got to read back and find out what you are going in for.

I went through the kids’ summer clothes that I’ve been gathering over the winter @ the thrift store…(did this the other day) and I have determined that Kaleigh needs more shorts! LOL Good luck!

I need to expand my recipe collection and add some meals to it also. I just get so comfortable with what I know we like and then get bored. I think that is a great way to spend your 5 year anniversary!

We did the same thing when we got married. I was five months pregnant, and I planned the wedding in three months while Nathen was at boot camp. Never went on a honeymoon. Then last year I saved up a bunch of our deployment pay and we went to barbados for a week. While my parents stayed with Em. It was really fun!
