major Progress for Hailey!!!

 Praise the Lord!!!  Hailey is still in the NICU but doing so well!  She is off antibiotics, breathing tubes, heat lamps and an iv!  She is in a crib with a feeding tube though.  She has been tiring out while trying to eat and so my breast milk I am pumping has been fed to her through a feeding tube, well the part she doesn’t finish on her own.  This morning she started to eat a bit more on her own and then this afternoon she completed her entire feeding without needing to use the feeding tube!

I am so relieved that I am able to pump an ample amount of milk to keep Hailey fed.  And she isn’t getting any formula!!!

Oh and we have been able bring in some clothes for her to wear and personalize her lil room some.  

I am so glad my in laws got me a boppy to use to hold and feed Hailey.  We also have a ton of thingsfor her from my sister!

I can’t believe that just over a week ago I gave birth to her.  Then again my body feels like it still!!!  UGH  

Yes we are staying at the Ronald McDonald House and it is nice.  I wish we were home but since we can’t be there, this is a nice alternative.  They have been supportive and blessed us with gifts and such.  I will try to load some pics over here but I have a ton on my facebook if you are friended to me there.

BTW Christmas was special for us in a very unique way.  I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday!
