Recipe – A BGS Sandwich

I am not a fan of tomatoes and don’t like lettuce on warm sandwiches.  Nathan is the same way.  However we LOVE Bacon!  So one day I came up with my own take on a BLT.

1/4 cup Homemade Guacamole – preferably

8 slices of Fried Bacon

2 slices of Swiss cheese

4 slices of sour dough bread

This makes 2 sandwiches

1/8 cup of the Guacamole

4 slices of bacon

1 slice of cheese

on 2 slices of bread.

I love to toast the bread.  This is delicious!!!
