counting calories
So I weighed myself today and apparently I am down to 155lbs. That a total of about 10lbs in 6 months, not counting the fact that I gained back 5lbs after graduation in June and then lost it again, in that case really I’ve lost 15lbs but I don’t think it counts. I’m pretty sure the weight loss is not in the healthy way, mostly it’s just me forgetting to eat. So very bad way of losing weight. I’m going to start counting calories just so I remember to eat and hopefully establish a better eating pattern than the one I’ve been living on for the last 3 years.
