House Plans

So I wrote a few times about how I’ve been looking at house plans online.  No I’m not buying a house any time soon.  I just like architecture plus I have a goal about having a house of MY choosing, preferably built to specification at some point in time and that requires having an idea of what I want so I can have an idea what to look for in land/housing as time goes on…it’s complicated, let’s just say I’m weird as people love to point out to me.House Plan A: This is what I consider a starter home.  2 bedrooms, 2 baths, a little office, a nice kitchen…perks: Walk-in pantry, upstairs master suite, walk-in closets, and a fireplace.
House Plan B: This is the kind of house I want to end up with when I decide to have a family.  It’ll be the house that (ideally) I’d live in for the remainder of my life…or at least until something I have completely not been able to foresee comes along lol.  4 bedrooms, 5 baths….perks: Walk-in closets in every bedroom, each bedroom is a suite, built in desks in 3 of the bedrooms, big kitchen, big study, fireplace.  Over-all a very lovely home…obviously that being said, also a very pricey home.  Which is why I need to know what kind of house I want so in advance.  To get this house I need lots of land meaning I need lots of money to pay for said land and the construction, etc.  But I really like it.  And it would fit all the family I know that would come to visit for holidays and such. : )
