About that pesky fingerprint…..

Okay, so I may be obsessed with my finger print. Now I was looking at it the other day, being extremely upset it was coming back and decided to examine it closer. So, upon looking at it harder I could sort of see that its not quite coming back. I mean the grooves are there, but not as pronounced as the rest of my finger. So…..this leads me to conclude that its not coming back all the way!!! So while I was excited its not fully coming back I was imagining scenarios where I would have to give my middle finger as a print. And they were all funny. I would imagine it not coming out in the middle and then them telling me press a littler harder and it ends up a blob in the middle. And then I would go into the whole I touched a motorcycle exhaust when I knew it was hot story..and then i decided wait a minute here..lets dress this up…I went into to the whole well I cant tell you what exactly happened because its top secret but I can say it involved skin burning acid. And pain. hahahahaha

I played bass on sunday and I didnt do as good as I normally do. I attribute this problem to my fingerprint. You see, its on my hand I pick strings with and usually I use my first finger and  middle finger. But I think since I am missing grooves on my fingerprint that its not working as well. Like I lost some friction. Serious. So now I have to relearn how to play with my first finger and my ring finger. This is the first disadvantge of having halfway there fingerprints. So if you play bass dont burn your finger. You need those grooves!

I actually noticed also that I have little to no feeling in the tip of that finger. So like I was engaging in extracurricular actitives this weekend and was..well, liking it and was squeezing hard on my special someones arm. Guess which finger left a bruise? Thats right! that pesky middle finger! (and I couldnt see my fingerprints in the bruise, I know you were wondering).

Yeah, I would hate to try to read that book. It’s not even worthy of being called a book. I’m just glad some one is sane enough to agree with me lol.
