Home again

Home. I finally made it home today about 30 minutes ago. There’s only one problem though. The door is locked. And for good reason; my S-D is now hanging out with her ex-husband (the low-life, scum sucking rat bastard that he is) and, get this, was going to bring him over to help her get the rest of her stuff out of our house! Gina told her last night, in no less words, NOT to bring him over, that he is not welcome at our house. But, Gina had to work so she locked the house up real tight. S-D doesn’t have a key, but then again, neither do I right now as it is on the key ring I gave Gina with my Kia key on it. And that is just inside the door in the drawer. So, I’m stuck in the driveway waiting for Gina to come home. Thank goodness for wireless internet!

I’m changing jobs again. While I am impressed with this company’s ability to keep me running, they are implementing a new policy that I just do not agree with and that, given the choice, everyone would think it a violation of privacy rights of the individual. I won’t go into depth here, not yet at least. Suffice it to say that it is causing me to find gainful employment with another trucking firm…

…which I have already arranged. A company local to Oxford, a southern company (woo hoo!) will get me home every weekend. Well, almost every weekend but it will still be a helluva lot better than getting home on the once-a-month basis that I have been getting home. As you can probably guess, Gina is extremely happy with this development.

Well, Gina’s home with my way to get into the house so I’m off to shower. Ya’ll have a good day and a better weekend!
