A Look Back

I have gone back and read all my entries from the beginning (2000). Wow, I see the pattern of depression, anxiety, and stress as clear as day. I also see a pattern of battling against it. And I see much happiness and joy.

Life is ridiculously complicated… I’ve been thru good & bad. Somehow I think that’s how it works…
