NoJoMo 27

Not much to report really.
Did some boring stuff round the flat this morning.. dishes, laundry, tidying.
I always feel like I’m in a constant state of tidying. Which is ridiculous since there’s just the 2 of us living here.

Went to roller derby this afternoon.
I didn’t skate though. I want to make sure my knee is healed before I put my skates back on.
We had a team meeting. Decided on details for our scrimmage on the 11th.
What we’re wearing, our skate out song, discussed some strategy and decided on positions.
I’ve been put down as a blocker.
It’s our first proper scrimmage so our bench manager wants us all to Jam, give everything a go.
So looks like I’ll be a jammer at least once. Scary stuff.

My roller derby secret santa is a girl I’ve never met. Should be fun.

I was supposed to go see my mom tomorrow, but she’s come down with a cold and doesn’t want to make me sick before I go to Canada. I’m never going to get round to seeing her at this rate!

I completely forgot about the NJM questions yesterday. Which may be a good thing since I have nothing to write about today. I’ll pick and choose some I think.

Do I have a missed call on my phone?
This is my thought when ever I wake up when I’m on standby for work. If work tried to call me in and I slept through the wake up call I would be in a LOT of trouble. I’m always worried about it.
