NoJoMo 22

Most of my day has been faffing about and tidying up.
Went grocery shopping. £140, urgh. 

I got some fleece lined gloves and a new snood for Canada. mmmm cosy!

I spent an hour in the afternoon washing my skate wheels and changing my bearings.

7-9pm I had to go to a GM for the league.
We have general meetings quarterly and 1 big meeting annually.
This meeting was a lot more positive than others have been and we seemed to get a lot of proposals voted on rather than us bickering for the entire meeting. So that was good.
I learnt tonight that my first proper public bout will be in March. It’s all happening so soon and I’m scared.
Right now I’m just looking forward to Saturday. Going to Cardiff to watch Bristol play CROC.

My knee is feeling loads better today. I didn’t have to hobble up and down the stairs.
I’m sure it will be fine for the 11th. Yesterday I wasn’t so sure.

I mentioned a few entries back that I made some fridge magnets.
Here they are:

I was scoring the back of the plasticine with a knife so the glue had something to stick to. I tried putting the magnet on the plasticine and it slipped out of place. Like a genius, I tried moving the magnet with the tip of the knife. The knife is metal and the magnet is, well, a magnet and naturally stuck to the knife. Then the superglue set before I could pull it off.
Long story short, I somehow superglued this magnet to this knife and I think it needs to go in the bin now.

When ever we go shopping and buy a pineapple Elroy loves chewing on the crown.
He sees the pineapple emerge from the shopping bag and he meows and meows until we give him the top- like he knows it’s for him.
So here’s a picture of Elroy gnawing on today’s pineapple crown.
On a side note- I saw him stick his head in one of the bags while I was unpacking all the shopping. He was there for quite a while and when I went to investigate what he was doing I found him chewing on our broccoli. haha, funny little weirdo.

I’ve got fresh sheets on the bed tonight. mmmm.
Which makes me wonder, why am I not in it?
