82 – Create a Sim who gets to the top of their career ladder in The Sims 2.

I bought the game about a year ago, and I loved it, but it wouldn’t run on my laptop so I never got to play it much as I could only play it on Tom’s or Mum’s computer. I installed it on my new laptop last weekend, and I’d forgotten how addictive it is. My first Sim was called Weasely Weasel, and she was a goth who lived in an all black house. Her aspiration was knowledge-based, so getting promotions was fairly straight-forward as she always wanted to gain new skill points. She wanted to be a criminal, and it took me about 5 days (about 2 hours a day) to get her to the top and obtain criminal mastermind status. I was really pleased with my Sim – she was really easy to please and she never wanted me to buy her anything. She got really rich, and every so often I would spend some money to update the things in her house, and by the end she had the best of everything. It’s a bit sad really, because now that she’s got to the top of her career I probably won’t play with her again. But such is the life of a Sim I guess.
