27 – Buy a suit.

For ages I have been wanting a grey suit, preferably grey trousers and a matching grey jacket. However, this seems to be inexplicably hard to find. I can often find grey trousers, but they very rarely seem to have a jacket that matches (why is that??). I found a nice suit in Dorothy Perkins, but they didn’t have the trousers in my size so I ended up buying it with the skirt, then decided I didn’t like the skirt so returned it. I also have a problem with trousers that they are never ever the right length for me. But today I succeeded. I have my new grey suit. Here it is, Matalans’ finest. And because it was Matalan and cheap as chips it meant I was able to buy trousers:

all to match. They look black in the photos, but they are actually a dark grey, and they all fit perfectly (even the trousers are exactly the right length), and they actually seem pretty good quality. And I got it all for £27. So I am very pleased with myself. And that’s my new suit…
