57 – Do sit-ups every day for a month.

I’m very glad to have finished this task. I used to do sit-ups all the time, and I loved the way it changed my body. I wanted to get back into the routine of doing them regularly, because I always used to do them every day. So although the task says to do them for a month, that was really just so that I could have a quantifiable task, and I would really like to continue to do them regularly. I think I have got some stomach muscle back and I will try to keep them up, but it will be nice to not have to do them everyday, as making yourself do sit-ups when you feel ill or exhausted isn’t fun at all.
