New Year, New Life

This failed diarist is checking in to say hi to a few friends. Lots has happened since I was last here. I’m now married and no longer live in Florida. I’m finally in a place with snow! So happy and Dasher loves the cold like I do. I was worried about bringing him here, especially since he is about 14 now but he really enjoys the cold. When its not single degrees like it is today, we like to take morning walks. He loves having a daddy who spoils him even more than I do. I think he missed having a male in his life. He’s super happy and so am I. I’ve finally found what I was waiting for and didn’t find in my two bad marriages.

it is SO SO good to see you posting! what a pleasant surprise to find you bolded in my faves 😀 that is awesome that you found someone who loves both you and dasher so fully. i remember some of the haunting things you posted about your previous husband… after all you’ve been through, it fills me with joy to hear that you’ve found a man who is respectful and good to you. and snow! sounds like paradise! hugs to you!

ryn: thank you so much! 🙂 i don’t have a date yet. i’m moving to sweden as my future husband’s fiancee, so as soon as my residency permit is approved, then we’ll be able to set a date for moving and then marrying immediately after. i love that you got married in jeans and sketchers! that’s what marriage is about, isn’t it? being comfortable with each other. perfect 🙂 and forgivemy lack of manners – congratulations to you as well 😀
