HTML Not Working.

I cannot figure out why the photos and my animated background are not working.  Any help will be much appreciated.  I haven’t worked with HTML too much lately but I know I have the proper coding.  Thanks.  It’s working here but not in my previous entry with all the photos listed.  GRRRRR
