so normally I don’t complain/get in fights/ cry/ have drama/ or get sick buuuuuuttttt

WWU has pissed me off one too many times and sooo I finally suxed it up and wrote to the places where I have got rude service or something else.

so here are the emails I wrote to

THE REGISTRARS OFFICE

Hello!  

I hate to complain because I know you guys do a lot for the students but this has happened several times since I got to WWU.

Every time that I go into the registrar’s office to ask a question, whoever the receptionist is, is always very rude. It has happened with different people and with the same ones.

I know that working in that office is probably very stressful but they are getting paid to do it and I believe that everyone that comes in should get treated nicely.

The times I have come in and asked questions, they are always very rude and make me feel stupid for asking the question.

Normally I wouldn’t say anything because I know everyone has off days, however, I asked around and figured out that I am not the only person who has had this happen, and the fact that it happens every time, is why I decided to write.

Anyway, I am not expecting an email back or anything, but just thought an email to a superior person might help future WWU students not dread going to the registrar’s office when they are just looking for an answer.

Hello,
I know you probably get a lot of complaints about books but I am a senior, graduating soon.
I have dealt with the bookstore not buying back my books for years now and these past two quarters have finally made me snap.
I bought about 12 books last quarter and you guys took 4 back from me and then my last quarter here I bought 8 books and you took 2 back from me equaling a whole $7. The price I can deal with however I am so tired of you guys selling me books with highlighting in them and then rejecting them because you say there is too much writing in them. I don’t write in my books and getting punished for something I didn’t do is unacceptable ESPECIALLY when you guys are the ones who sold them to me in the first place. If you are not going to take them back, don’t sell them to me. It is just plain rude.
I am already broke enough as it is and for you guys to do that is so irritating.
I know there is probably nothing you can do about it, but I just think it is really unfair.
I would suggest stop selling books that have writing in them and take back books that you sell to people in the first place. If it is not good enough for you to take back then you shouldn’t be selling it in the first place.
