rubbing the slightly rough spot on the ball of one foot against the top of the other while I’m trying to fall asleep. really, it isn’t anything a few days of consistent foot scrub use wouldn’t get rid of. so, you know, I should rid myself of it. but, yeah… in the meantime, I took up a weird little habit.
