Still waiting to hear about results of book. I was thinking we were going to be notified in January, but the site says February…But then an entry on their blog said maybe by the end of this week.

Good for you, go girl go girl. Try cutting out the carbs – pasta, bread, crackers, chips, cereal, and anything “pale” white flour and sugar. That should jump start your metabolism. Keeping fingers crossed for the book.
