Wednesday and Thursday
Rode earlier in the AM. Rode 9 miles. Scrabble all day. Rode 6 miles after supper. Wasn’t sure I was going to get to–big storm over valley and mountains just east. It was 105°, but the strong breeze made it bearable.
Right now the Scrabble score is: T36 M34 1tie. I have high game score at 504 and high word at 99.
After I rode my 9 miles this morning and we settled in for Scrabble, I began to feel light headed and woozy. Mom had her BP cuff handy so we took my BP and it was 90/53–no wonder I felt like could fall asleep if I blinked to long. Mom says exercising can lower your BP. Maybe it’s time to talk to the doc about stopping the BP Med. I’m going to take it after I ride tonight and see what it says.
Nuff for now. Back to Scrabble!
Scary bp there my friend….with exercise and weight loss, it is possible that you need your meds readjusted. Good job on the scrabble scores…

Don’t hurt yourself!

I believe, my dear friend, you have exercised and diet-changed yourself right off those bp meds! 🙂

If your BP is due to weight, you might have cured yourself with all the bike riding. My daughter dances so much, she naturally has a low BP. It is actually so low that she is supposed to make sure she has enough salt in her diet! I would be the worst Scrabble player ever because I cannot spell well.
